Obviously, good leaders don’t just walk up to someone and say “Follow me” and expect them to obey. Jesus did, but that’s a special case. Even there, God was working in peoples’ lives in at least some ways beforehand to put them in position to follow.
So, how do you approach it with the ones you are called to shepherd? And, how do you stay humble, which is vital?
