Some of part 4 here may seem repetitive, but it isn’t. The other parts spoke of lovingly convincing them to allow you to nurture and shepherd them or others as Christians. Hopefully, that will work. However, there are some who are so opposed to God and His love that they refuse to have anything to do with Him.
It’s best to have a trusted Christian adult help with this part, as noted before. You will have enough pressure without having to worry about standing up to those you love. Still, God is the one who will be leading, no matter what, so you could do it.
With that in mind, let’s take a brief look at such situations, before we explore other obstacles that you may have to overcome as a spiritual leader.
